Hi, I’m Sheena. I'm the Founder and Director of Amplify Agency, and I personally lead all of our online consultations. I set up this service because I know how overwhelming it can be to navigate the industry as an independent artist. My aim is to give you clear, practical advice on how to develop your PR and marketing strategies, prepare for your release, show or announcement, and set achievable goals—while making sure you get real value for your time and money.

About Amplify Agency
Founded in 2019, Amplify Agency has grown into one of Ireland’s leading PR agencies for the creative industries. We’ve worked with Universal Music Ireland, Forest Fest Music and Arts Festival, Claddagh Records, Strange Brew Records, VETA Music, MNRK Music Group, Leopardstown Racecourse, Dyehouse Films, The Royal Irish Academy, and many of Ireland’s most successful independent artists.
My Background
Before founding Amplify, I worked in various facets of the media for over 15 years, and my experience spans journalism, PR, radio, and strategic communications. I started my career in journalism and documentary-making, winning multiple awards, including two New York Festivals World Radio Awards. My time as the in-house Press Officer for RTÉ Radio gave me a deep understanding of how media works across news, culture, and music, and I later worked in a specialist communications agency focused on long-term strategic storytelling.
I also spent three years as the Lead Lecturer in PR & Marketing at BIMM University Dublin, teaching BA Music Business students, and I’m regularly invited to speak on music PR and marketing at events in Ireland and internationally. Academically, I hold a degree in Journalism, a diploma in PR & Event Management, and two Level 9 Postgraduate Diplomas—one in Human Rights & Equality and the other in Cultural & Creative Entrepreneurship from Trinity College Dublin.

This service is designed to provide independent artists with professional insights and clear, strategic guidance. Whether you need help crafting a release plan, improving your media outreach, or positioning yourself in the industry, we’ll work together to create a roadmap that suits your goals.
Booking a Consultation
We have a number of hour-long Music Promotion Consultancy slots available each month, which can be booked online, using the button below. These hour-long online consultations take place on Friday mornings over Zoom, and cost €60 per session, payable upon booking. Please note that this service is only available to independent artists, and for a maximum of three sessions per client.
If, after our consultation, we decide that a full-service PR campaign would be a good fit, the consultation fee will be discounted from the overall agreed price.
